CapVault ("the App") is a commission-tracking tool for real estate professionals. This policy explains what data we handle and your choices.
Deal details, prices, commission rates, splits, expenses and notes you enter are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us. If you enable an optional account (future feature) we collect your email to sync your data. If you enable the optional AI assistant, summaries of your figures are sent to the AI provider you choose. Subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing; we do not receive card details. We may collect anonymous crash diagnostics.
To provide the app's features, sync your data if you opt in, process subscriptions, power the AI assistant you enable, and improve stability. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Only with service providers needed to run the app: Google Play Billing, your chosen AI provider (if enabled), and cloud storage (if you create an account). Each processes data under its own terms.
We use encryption in transit and at rest for any cloud data, and your device's secure storage for sensitive values. Local data stays until you delete it or uninstall. If you create an account you can request deletion any time at fontfiesta@gmail.com.
CapVault is a professional tool intended for adults and is not directed to children.
